Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. If you are a non-US Citizen in order to participate in this experience, you must have a valid passport with an expiration date no SOONER than December 2024.
This journey includes daily walking tours on potentially unpaved paths, common in many areas of Cartagena. We will do our best to accommodate all physical needs, however, please ensure that you are physically able to participate in those activities without complaint, if not then this may not be the best trip for you.

All payments to Melanated Moms Travel are non- refundable and non- transferable. This is because Melanated Moms Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Should you opt-in to our payment plan program, your invoice will clearly note your due dates and amount. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
A $150 late fee will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Your trip is subject to cancellation after two missed payments.
